BailTrac™ is an electronic monitoring program. At the heart of this program is an Active “one-piece” GPS tracking device, the TrackerPal® that tracks your clients in real-time. This combined system will allow you extra security in writing bonds, which in turn puts more money in your pocket. Think of it as an insurance policy. For example, you prohibit one of your clients from leaving the city limits. Our National Monitoring Center would monitor his/her whereabouts 24/7, and we would be able to tell you if a violation occurred, what time it occurred, continue to track the client after the violation and even tell how fast he or she is traveling, and their exact location!

Some other features of the BailTrac™ program is our web based tracking software. This software allows you easy access to the client’s movement via real-time tracking maps. Our program is designed to send you instant notification or messaging to your e-mail address, pager, or your cellular phone. Our monitoring center can assist you in enrollments, creating “exclusion zones” or “inclusion zones” or any other special or unique conditions to your client’s bond.

TrackerPal® is a one-piece patented device, about the same size as a small PC mouse, comfortable to wear, easy to hide, and weighs in at just 8 ounces. Easily concealable, It has a fully rechargeable battery, tamper resistant strap, panic alarm, personal alarm notification, on-board management controls and is completely water resisant for Showering. Thanks to intelligent battery management software, the battery lasts in excess of 20+ hours even when used in fully active tracking mode. TrackerPal® can be fully recharged in just 1-1/2 hours.

Verification Technology

Incorporating layered location verification technology like GPS and AGPS means that TrackerPal® can compensate for poor performance of any single location technology. Where GPS is poor, such as inside a building, the device resorts to alternative positioning. The monitoring system uses the wireless network for remote programming of new control parameters into TrackerPal® such as inclusion or exclusion zones. TrackerPal® uses the same network for sending location data and alarms to the monitoring system.
