Our response center staff has been trained and certified on all monitored EMD systems and product software. Our staff currently provides both TrackerPal and MobilePal support for clients throughout the U.S. Response center staff members are trained and certified.
Comprehensive Service
Our Response Center Staff will help agencies define the offender supervision objectives and then will recommend the best-suited solutions. The Response Center Staff can have daily interactions with the offenders; changing schedules (if approved), assisting court officials and client on technical difficulties and reporting alerts and violations back to the agency.
