Quest Guard GPS Tracking Made Easy

GPS: Work Release Programs
You already know that community-based sanctions save money over traditional incarceration and offer offenders the opportunity to work, attend school, and rehabilitate in a positive environment.
New options are needed that keep the public safe, achieve criminal justice system goals, and are cost effective.
As supervision caseloads for Probation agencies escalate and increasingly problematic offenders enter the system, the challenge of maintaining control of non-compliant offenders has severely taxed agency resources. Often, due to limited budgets and scarce resources, officers have limited options available to them for supervising probation violators. Resources are often spent on programs that have minimal long-term value, and the offender is not held accountable for his/her actions. In addition, agencies do not have the staffing and resources to adequately monitor large caseloads of compliant offenders who are successfully completing probation requirements and who require minimal supervision
Quest Guard can assist an agency in designing, managing or enhancing an effective solution for Work Release eligible offenders and low-risk administrative caseloads. Depending on each agency's needs, Quest Guard offers a range of solutions - from incorporating state-of-the-art GPS Technology or standard "RF" systems technology into existing programs, to building and managing intense, and highly accountable supervision, treatment and management programs.
TrackerPAL®. has been designed to meet the need for an active tracking device capable of reporting immediate alarms if the Work Release individual enters or leaves a defined Inclusion or exclusion zone, or violate time restrictions on their movement.
The "perfect" solution to tacking and managing Work Release individuals is the TrackerPAL®.
Consider the adaptation of this technology to your Work Release individuals
- Small and easily hidden
- Has a 27 hour battery life
- The Battery recharges in just 1-1/2 hours
- Can be programmed to Include inclusion and Exclusion zones coupled to a strict time schedule for movement
- Layered reporting capabilities
- Single piece design w/ internal antenna
- Easily removed and reassigned to another individual if needed
- Real Time Tracking capability
- The only GPS technology that works with OMAT™ internet based tracking software that integrate satellite imagery
TrackerPAL®. is a one-piece patented device, about the same size as a small PC mouse, comfortable to wear, easy to hide, and weighs in at just 6 ounces. Easily concealable, It has a fully rechargeable battery, tamper resistant strap, panic alarm, personal alarm notification, on-board management controls and is completely waterproof to 10 feet. Thanks to intelligent battery management software, the battery lasts in excess of 24 hours even when used in fully active tracking mode. TrackerPAL®. can be fully recharged in just 1-1/2 hours.
Incorporating layered location verification technology like GPS means that TrackerPAL®. can compensate for poor performance of any single location technology. Where GPS is poor, such as inside a building, the device resorts to alternative positioning. The monitoring system uses the wireless network for remote programming of new control parameters into TrackerPAL®. such as inclusion or exclusion zones. TrackerPAL®. uses the same network for sending location data and alarms to the monitoring system.
TrackerPAL®. can be set to 3 different modes:
- Fully Active: all location data reported in real-time
- Semi-Active: location data reported in real-time only if an inclusion or exclusion zone boundary is violated
- Passive: location data reported on demand of the monitoring system
- Fully web enabled custom monitoring: mapping and control software enable you to monitor the Work Release Individual from your own PC or with the assistance of our 24hr. Monitoring Center.
Keep track of your case load or personnel 24 hours a day 7 days a week!
