BailTrac Training Programs

Training and Education is the key to success!

As Quest Guard provides the largest and most comprehensive array of advanced Electronic Monitoring Products we more than any other company understand the need for continual and updated education on all of our various systems.

We know from our customers that such highly capable products can be somewhat intimidating considering the advanced features the hardware and software programs can now provide to a supervising Agent.

Any one software program can take several hours of training and use to become truly proficient. If one needs to learn several systems the learning process historically has been tedious at best, We have a solution!

We have found that if we make training easy, accessible, and client schedule friendly our customers feel much more at ease early on in the learning process, and their retention level of what they have been taught is many times greater than the traditional “learn it all at once” approach.

We provide three primary training programs, all of which can be customized to fit your company needs.

Option 1:

The main method of training is conducted on-line utilizing an internet based program, go-to-meeting.com. This program is free of charge to our clients. All you need to do is go to the following website and download the free software. www.gotomeeting.com

Once this is done we can schedule training at virtually any time that fits your schedule. We suggest that regardless of the product or software the training is about, that it be broken up into one-hour training sessions (or less).

We have found that by concentrating training by individual module within the software programs you will learn much faster and maintain a higher retention level. Learn at YOUR own pace. We provide unlimited and personalized training.

Option 2:

The second method is our Educational Training Program. This program is also conducted on-line utilizing gotomeeting.com. We post on our SharePoint site the Dates, Times, and Product that we are training on.

We rotate training on all of our products, software, and services so there will always be a training session that you will find useful. If you do not subscribe to our SharePoint site you will need to call us to determine the Date and Times of the classes.

Anyone who wants to attend will be provided the login information for the class which will always be scheduled for usually no more than one-hour.

After the E.T.P. class individual training can be scheduled as outlined in option 1.

Option 3:

Quest Guard staff will provide onsite training for your company and or Agents at a location you designate. This type of training is handled on a case by case basis and needs to be scheduled with a minimum of two weeks advanced notice.

To see if your company qualifies for the on-site training program you will need to call: 866-968-8428 for further details, and ask to speak to the V.P. of sales Richard Nelson.
